ACORD_PCS Menu

The ACORD_PCS Menu allows the user to perform formatting tasks on selected nodes in the source or target format trees that pertain to the ACORD_PCS definitions of the application, usually relating to CodeList modification.

Create ACORD PCS CodeList Element
This action will create a new ACORD_PCS CodeList element in the source or target format tree structure selected. This is contextually performed via the Create ACORD TypeCode Element Dialog.

Add ACORD PCS CodeList Entry
This action will allow the user to add a new CodeList entry to the selected ACORD_PCS CodeList element in the source or target tree. This is performed via a dialog which will ask the user for a code and for a description of that code.

Edit ACORD PCS CodeList Entry
This action will allow the user to edit a selected ACORD_PCS CodeList entry in the source or target tree via a dialog, which will present the user with the previous code and description for that entry and allow their direct modification via the presented textboxes.

Remove ACORD PCS CodeList Entry
This action will allow the user to remove the selected ACORD_PCS CodeList entry. The user may be asked to confirm this action before the removal is finalized.

Sort PCS Code List
These items allow user to sort PCS Code List either by CODE or by description.

Move PCS Code List
These items allow user to move PCS Code List up or down in the format tree.
