eiConsole Reinstallation Guide (Windows 7).
First, let’s delete your previous version of the eiConsole. Click Start button, then click Control Panel at the right side of the window.
Find Programs and Features, open it.
Find eiConsole at the installed program list, right click on it and click Uninstall/Change.
Then the eiConsole Uninstallation wizard will appear. Click Next. If there are additional instructions, follow them.
At the end of uninstallation process you will see eiConsole Uninstallation window with Finish button. Click Finish.
Now we need a new version of the eiConsole. Go to eiConsole download page. Input your email to the empty field at the page, select your operating system and click Download or Upgrade eiConsole Now! button.
Select the location for the eiConsole installation file.
After the downloading process is complete, run the downloaded eiConsole installation file.
If on Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10, a User Account Control warning dialog may appear, asking if you want to let this app to make changes to your PC. This is standard Windows behavior whenever a new application is trying to be installed, simply click Yes to begin the installation.
The installation wizard will appear. Click the Next button, then follow further instructions until the installation process is finished.
Generally, reinstallation is completed.
If you had downloaded bundles in your PilotFish Interface Exchange Inbox, you can use the instructions below to import them to the eiConsole working directory.
When you start eiConsole the first time after reinstallation, you see Resource download notification. Click Download Now.
On Route File Management window on the PIE tab you can see a list of downloaded products.
If needed, we can create a new working directory. Click Create New button.
Select the path to the new working directory.
Now drag & drop the product from PIE tab to the empty field (grid) below Interface Overview text.
On Package Import window select needed packages and click Import Selected.
That’s all. We imported the desired product to the working directory.
