Report New Issue Dialog

The Report New Issue Dialog allows the user to report a new bug, issue, or feature request to the PilotFish team.

Summary Panel
The Summary Panel allows the user to enter a brief summary of the issue, which is used essentially as header data. Information entered into this panel should be short and descriptive of the issue – it is used to differentiate issues from one another in a list format.

Description Panel
The Description Panel allows the user to enter in a detailed description of the issue.

Submit Button
The Submit Button allows the user to submit an issue report with the information specified.

Clear Button
The Clear Button clears everything in the Summary and Description fields.

Close Button
The Close Button closes the dialog with no effects or changes.
