eiPlatform – General System Requirements
Introduction
This document details the minimum, recommended and optimum system requirements for running the eiPlatform.
SSD-based storage is recommended where available for all listed configurations.
Minimum **for a single interface with up to 5 routes

**The above configurations are based on typical client installations. Other application servers aside from Tomcat or the eiPlatform are supported and may be used.
**Adjustment of the JVM parameters may be required to take advantage of additional memory availability in some configurations.
***Windows Server eiPlatform releases 19R1 and beyond require Java 11, and are bundled with OpenJDK binaries. Due to new licensing restrictions with Oracle’s SE Java, we recommend using OpenJDK on both Windows and Linux systems.
