ACORD Menu

The ACORD Menu allows the manipulation of the selected structure in the source or target tree with ACORDrelated information, usually pertaining specifically to TypeCodes or to descriptions and definitions (in addition to those provided).



Edit ACORD Information
These actions will bring up contextual dialogs to modify the ACORD definition or description (depending on the action selected) for the selected node in the source or target format tree.

Create ACORD TypeCode Element
This action allows the user to define a new TypeCode element for use inmapping between source and target codes. This is contextually performed via the Create ACORD TypeCode Element Dialog.

Add ACORD TypeCode Entry
This action allows the user to add a new ACORD TypeCode to a selected ACORD TypeCode element in the source or target tree. This is performed via a dialog which will ask the user for a title and a description for the new TypeCode entry.

Edit ACORD TypeCode Entry
This action allows the user to edit a selected ACORD TypeCode in the source or target tree. This is performed through a dialog, which will ask the user for the new code and description in textboxes.

Remove ACORD TypeCode Entry
This action will remove a selected ACORD TypeCode in the source or target format trees. The user may be asked to confirm the removal via dialog before the action is finalized.

Sort ACORD TypeCodes
These items allow user to sort the TypeCodes either by code or by description.

Move ACORD TypeCode
These items allow user to move selected TypeCode up or down in the tree.
